Black midi dress from 2000s French brand featuring voluminous bubble skirt and adjustable buckled straps. Fabric has a slight sheen. Smocked back allows for stretch in the bust, but there is no stretch in the waist.

Marked FR 38, fits Medium best. Mannequin is a 33" bust / 24" waist / 34" hips.

In great vintage condition.
